Executive Sushi Chef Masa Yamamoto- Masa Yamamoto has over 20 years of experience working as a Sushi Chef in Japan and the United States. He was trained in the Ginza province of Japan, which has traditionally produced some of the finest sushi chefs known to Japan. After working at some of the finest Sushi restaurants in Japan, Masa Yamamoto then worked as a Master Sushi Chef at Gonpachi Restaurant in Beverly Hills. Executive Chef Masa Yamamoto brings years of traditional Japanese culinary expertise and skills to Hachi.
Master Sushi Chef Nobu Shishido- Nobu Shishido started his career as a chef at the luxurious New Otani Hotel in Tokyo, Japan. There he mastered traditional French cooking techniques as well as the art of Sushi. From there, he moved to New York City and trained and worked under the top Sushi Chef in New York City at the famed Chicubu restaurant. After working many years as a Master Sushi Chef at Chicubu, Nobu then introduced his great flavors to the Los Angeles area by opening Take Sushi Restaurant in West Hollywood.
Master Chef Yoshiyuki Tago- Yoshiyuki Tago has over 22 years of experience working with traditional Japanese Sushi and fusion cuisine. He started his career in Japan learning the fundamentals of French and Italian cooking techniques at some of Japanfs finest restaurants. He then received extensive training in Sushi from some of the top Sushi chefs in Japan. He combines his experiences in classical French and Italian cooking with traditional Japanese cooking to bring forth some of the finest cuisines to the Los Angeles dining scene.
